To create a new repository and/or module:

1. Prepare the folders and files locally.
2. Right-click on the top level folder for your new module or repository and choose the CVS --> Make New Module... menu item. The Make New Module Dialog will be displayed.
3. Enter the details for the new or existing CVS repository as you would for a Checkout .
4. Click Ok to create the new module.
